    This, the church scandals, and all the other nonsense in the different Abrahamic faiths are precisely what we should expect when "saving" a supposed eternal soul becomes more important than what happens in this temporary life.

    Catholic folk also pay taxes, run hospitals, schools. and perform all works of mercy.
