older gun clip or magazine?
I have a cost to cost stores (brand name) 410 bolt action shot gun, model 180 series E. I need a clip or a magazine for it. Can any one help me with where I can go to find one. It seems like no one has any info because the gun is extremely old. I would really appreciate it.

Your gun is a Savage model 58. Here is a list of parts available, and a magazine is one of them.

Numrich doesn't list the .410 magazine in their catalog (see links below). So, phone or e-mail them to see if they know of another source.
Also, make note that the Coast to Coast Model 180 is based on the Savage Model 58 .410 shotgun. The Stevens Model 58 is also the same gun. So, if you can't find a Coast to Coast magazine, then one from a Savage or Stevens Model 58 should fit.
Edit: whoops, I was too slow. M1911/HKP7 already mentioned the Savage Model 58 thing. :-)
Edit 2: Hi M1911/HKP7! I gave you a thumbs up, too! Yeah, it's weird that someone (3 of them) would give you thumbs down... especially since I think you were the first one to mention Numrich. :-(

Try Numrich gun parts. And guys, .410 bolt shotguns are NOT at all uncommon. Although they ARE more popular in Europe.
Sorry, I looked everywhere and all I could find is other people looking for the same thing. If I were you I'd Google search for it every couple of weeks. Also, this shotgun is also known as the Savage M58, so Google search for magazines for that gun too. Until then, you can still shoot it, you just have to shoot it single shot. Sorry. :P
'Salright Erica, I gave you thumbs up anyway! XD Apparently three people think I'm lying or something.

Yes go to gunbroker.com look at gun parts shot gun. I might be mistaken but the gun you have is a mossberg. It is not that old probably made in the 50s. Hardware stores and chane stores use to go to gun company's and order guns with there names on them then sell them as there guns. Good Luck

I second hk! He's got you on the right track. Check out a local gun shows if all else fails. There are always vendors that sell nothing but magazines and parts.

most shotguns do not use a clip or magazine and from what you are describing I am about 99.9% sure your gun does not. most shotguns either come in single shot, pump,or semi-auto. best thing to do is either upload a picture of your gun or find a picture of a shot gun just like it and we can further assist you.

Are you sure you need a magazine for a bolt action shotgun? Are you sure it is a shotgun?
410 + bolt action + shotgun with a magazine does not sound right.
