Talent shows and Talent scouts?

If i was in the talent show and i wanted some talent scouts to come and watch would they be there just to see me or if someone was there they liked better would they scout them instead??? im just curios and how would you get a talent scout to come to your school?? Do record lables have them???

    If you aren't the best person at a talent show, then they probably won't pick you up. you need to get onto websites of local record labels and contact them. some will send scouts but some wont

    actually there are not really talent scouts anymore. Talent does not have to be scouted, as it is breaking down the doors to get in. Generally aspiring singers send demo tapes to record labels.

    I'm a talent scout and have recently made my own record label. We go to small gigs and visit places with events on.

    Honey, there is NO SUCH THING as a talent scout. That term died out with the old Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland "Gee, kids, let's put on a show!" movies of the Thirties and Forties. Most people who work in intake - Artist and Repertoire people (A&R) spend most of their days AVOIDING wannabees, and they have a whole phalanx of filtration people to spare them the people who THINK they have talent.
