i think i might have had a miscarrage?

ok me and my fiance has been tryin to have another baby and i think i may have been preg but not sure. ok i ended my last period on the 1st and i started again what i thought was my period on the 17th. that is really not normal 4 me. i have always been pretty normal after i had my baby. ok that is the 1st reason i think i may have had a miscarriage. the other 1 is prett gross. ok a tampon lasts me the whole 8 hrs and still isnt full when i change it well on this period/miscarrage i put a tampon in and i was already leaking and dripping blood out of it within the same hr. its the same brand of tampon and same size and everything. i have NEVER had that happen. ive always been a light bleeder when im on my period. so its got me thinkin bc of the amount of blood and the time it started. what do u think it could b? do u think i couldve had a miscarrage? plz give anything that could explain y im doin this.
