I'm having a problem submitting a question all day on Yahoo Answers. Please help?

All day I've been receiving a 999 error on Yahoo Answers. This was my question: Can a language be both fusional and agglutinative? Which language is pure fusional or pure agglutinative?

These were my question details: I'm confused and unsure because one person said that English and German are agglutinative languages as well as Japanese and another part of the web said that German was also a fusional language. Can a language be both?

Also, does anyone know the answer to my other question?

I want to know when Japanese was first spoken and whether naka derived from zhong or some other root or word.

It wouldn't send. Please help me! I also wanted to know if anyone knew the answer to my other question besides just answering that one. I had a link to it too. But I don't know what the problem is.

    The link was the problem, It's the current glitch. Try posting the question without the link. Then edit when it has posted and add the link. Works for me.
