How do i create an image popup in MS-Word for Mac?

I am looking for a way to hide an image in a MS Word document and show it when the user clicks something. For example, I may have a sentence containing the word "Train". I would like to display a picture of a train when the user floats mouse over the word and then hide it when the mouse is moved

In Microsoft Word 2004 and 2011 you can do this with a VBA Macro. You can't do it in Word 2008 at all.

You can do it in PowerPoint without a macro.
