Do people who are in "denial" of reality realize they are in denial?
That is, do people realize that the MIND realm can cause one to "think" that ones delusional thinking is true?

Kerbear. Insightful, ones "Conscience" knows, but one can deny it in favor of ones delusional beliefs.
Joey: You should use quotes when quoting my writing. Yes, you are correct, you are in denial due to fear of not understanding.
Anya: Not to protect "from" harmful info, but the MIND causes one to be in denial to protect itself against the Truth or Reality.
Humphrey: Do not discount your growth and insight. To realize ones delusional thinking is a great step in Conscious awareness.

I tend to think that, that delusional person can not. The mind can control everything we see and feel, And with an unhealthy mind really bad things can happen(psychologically) rather you want it to or not.

I can't answer for human beings in general, but for me, yeah.
For years I've had anxiety and depression, even being too afraid to leave the house. I used to KNOW that I was weird, and certain thoughts I had were infact stupid and delusional, but then I still told myself that it was true. Only fairly recently can I REALLY see reality, and am more in control.
I'm not very good at explaining things, so I can't really fully explain exactly what went through my head. As you probably know, the mind is REALLY complicated, and WEIRD.
But yeah, I know it's possible for delusional people to know what's going on, but maybe some people are too far gone and have a harder time at seeing reality?

They may do. Delusions sometimes lack emotional impact for the delusional. For instance, they can be unconcerned when people express scepticism. That suggests that there's a level on which they're aware how unrealistic their beliefs are. If denial is delusional, you could expect that to be going on there.

"Ones ability to perceive the Reality of Life is determined by ones "Spiritual Evolution", which is determined by the level of Knowledge one possesses, which is determined by ones completion of Karma over many, many lifetimes. And ones intellectual capability [or intellectualism] is, oddly enough, inversely related to ones perch on the Ladder of Life. That is, those individuals perched on the lower rungs of the Ladder of Life are "newbies" to the role of human being, and they therefore require much more MIND-level influence over their lives."
Knowledge gained from past lifetimes, what a load of crap. I guess Im in denial because Im not believing this "Spiritual Evolution" for a second. I think someone forgot to take his pills again.

I think they do know, because the world around them still functions as usual and they recognize that, but choose to change their perceptions to justify in their minds how they are thinking and acting- there used to be a time when people would say things like, how do I know you are real and not a figment of my imagination? You have to be aware to ask questions like that, so yes, I think they do know but their minds reject it.

People who are in denial often don't realise, it can be seen as defence mechanism to protect you mind from harmful information.

I suppose I would have to answer your question with another question.
Do people such as you (Docjp) realize they are in denial of people who appear to be in denial of reality?
