What question would properly be answered: "use perhaps the Riemann's dzeta function"?

I've seen that same answer next to the name Etienne de Quercy on every recent question where I've seen an answer from that name. Is that an abuse of this forum? (Etienne de Quercy has 94% "best answers" and that answer is getting multiple votes for best answer!) Has that account given any sensible answers?

Some examples:

Update:

I was hoping for legitimate answer to the (legitimate) math question I asked. Like:

What is the infinite sum 1/1²+1/2²+1/3²+...?

or maybe: What is the largest possible gap between successive primes, relative to the size of the primes?

However, I admit that I really just wanted to bring attention to the abuse in the hope that others would also report it (rather than just voting for it).

Incidentally, dzeta is the Polish spelling of "zeta":

Log on to Wolfram Mathworld and you will find a good article about Riemann's Zeta function and the field in which it is used, principally integration and number theory. It seems that Mr de Quercy is using the function as a stock answer to many different questions. If he allows emails, you could try asking him how the function relates to the questions posed, but I suspect he won't reply!

sure, but he's not the first one or the last one

    technically, he should be reported

use perhaps the Riemann's dzeta function
