If you believe in a subjective God but not an objective God are you an atheist?

Subjective God = An internal mental/emotional state that's personal and unique.

Objective God = An external separate entity that's physical or spiritual.

I believe in a subjective God exclusively.

Update:

Then why are Buddhist considered atheist?

God is. He is not separate from us, as we are creations/extensions of His. There is no place from which to say "He is here but not there", although we may not be aware of Him at times. We may experience Him in different ways, but this does not change Him. His reality does not depend on our awareness or understanding.

No. You're a deist at the very least. If there was a such a thing as an objective god, there'd be objective evidence for such a being. However, objective evidence for any god has yet to show up.

I follow "a god of my understanding". I believe in an Objective God, but I, a mere human in a different dimension of existence, cannot understand this Being, any more than a bedbug really comprehends who I am when it chews on my ankles !

    Just kidding about the bedbug!

If you believe in a subjective god - you're THEIST.

if you believe in an objective god - well you can't, because you can't believe in something you can't sense.

If you don't believe in EITHER - you're ATHEIST.

Is that such a hard concept?

I believe in providing evidence first.

I would suppose that anyone who chooses to be called atheist can be an atheist. Even if you (or I or anyone else) thinks by their definitions of their beliefs they should be referred to as something else. It is not my place to label someone.
