bad smell how do i get rid of it?
I found a dead mouse under my couch cushion now there is a stain and awful smell. How can i get rid of these?

Does the cushion have a zipper? If so, unzip it and take it off. Wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent. Let it air dry. Spray the foam inside the cushion with lysol or something that will kill odor and germs. Let it air dry, too.

...also baking soda helps to absorb odors as well.
are you able to take the couch outside to be aired in the sun for a couple of days? That would help a lot.
As one poster suggested, you can also wash the covering of the cushion if you're able to remove it.
I would scrub down the fabric with detergent and and sponge it dry with clear water, and air it out.
