A VGA to DVI cable would be the easiest way. Be aware that a VGA output to the television will not give you any sound though so that will need to be run from your computer to your TV with a different cable some how.

There are multiple combination's you can run to get both audio and video to your TV from PC. It all depends on how much are you willing to spend or how easy you want it.
