What is the best connection from my PC to my TV?

My PC has a VGA (female) and my TV has a DVI (female), HDMI, S-Video and RCA.

What is the best connection to get video and sound from my PC to my TV?

My dogs are pee pad trained. We groom them at home. They are never around other dogs unless we pass them on our walks, which we walk about 4 times per week. We never board them.

security camera lines ADR 2400 Capture Card. We don't know if it's the video card, power supply or power distribution module. It's a motion capture and its recording these lines as movement. This just started a couple of weeks ago. They were fine for 9 months. Nothing's changed.

I bid $44.88 on an item and it ended at $44.88. Wouldn't it end at the highest bid below my bid?

Not a big deal because the highest bid under mine was $44.85.

There were 6 total bids. 3 different bidders.

Had the highest bid under mine been $35.00, it should end at $35.00 right?

Flashes of light (like a kaleidescope) in my peripheral vision lasts about 45 minutes followed by a bad headache that lasts about a half hour?What could this be from? This happens about once a year.

My husband bought a house 6 years ago. I married him 5 years ago then we refinanced adding me to the loan (we got 5.875%).

I have a high speed USB port on my computer. It takes me about 4.5 minutes to backup my retail database (250 mb) on a 1 gig flash drive....I need to do this inbetween customers at least 1 time during the day. Any suggestions to make this quicker? Is there a super fast flash drive I could purchase?

I have boxes of store receipt copies (everything that we've sold). Can I shred everything over 3 years old?
