If you are speaking about all inclusive such as what you may find at a resorts like Sandals, not really. What you will find on the property of Universal Studios are the add ons. You can book your accommodations and add on tickets, meals, transportation, spa packages etc. Also, there are certain "accommodations levels" within each resort that will give you even more services such as private clubroom access.

the Hard Rock is I believe you get extended hours into the park. Try looking at vacation sites that book packages, I used vacations made easy it as great.

you could try holiday inn sometimes they offer special packages like that .... i work at one near six flags in Federal way area and we offer a special package during the summer months
