When Jerry Brown says if you elect Meg Whitman, things will turn out ugly, what does he mean?

In last night's gubernatorial debate, Jerry Brown warned us that Meg Whitman's tax policies will turn out ugly. To what was he referring, specifically?

Update:

Uncle Pennybags, that is a hoot! I guess you should vote for Jerry to prevent that bad future, then.

Update 2:

James, there was some reference to a continuance of Dubya's ruinous fiscal policies, of course.

I see lots of stuff about "If you vote for John McCain, you'll see ....." and then of course, people say I voted for John McCain and by golly, we're seeing that today. Things like Gitmo remaining open, or more troops in Afghanistan, or higher unemployment, etc.

Not really what you asked, but I thought it an apt comparison. If I vote for Meg and Jerry wins, I betcha a lot of stuff he's saying will come true with Meg as governor, will in fact come true if he is governor.

Because Jerry can't say, "You should elect me because...", and have a positive advertisement.
