why is Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox such a bully?

To pick on a young gay kid and cause it to go viral seems way over the top.His stanmce wold seem highly immoral and unethical. I would think grounds for impeachment or recall or atleast censorship. What do you think?

My apologies to you uncle beandito...I meast to say Assistant Attorney General Andrew Shirvell . I would hate to be sued by the other azzole for slandering him. I owe you one.

Update 2:

I don't think the issue is first ammendment rights as it has to do with someone in power or having a powerful position using his stature in what appears to be an abusive manner. One must seperate what is "legal" from what is "ethical". Now a prosecutor probably knows the law and how far he can legally go, but only an egotist would push things as far as he has in what is clearly a very personal attack on a person, rather than an idea. Not a very good precedent.

    It is actually one of his assistant AG's.

    I think we ALL know how this is going to end.

    It will be revealed that the assistant AG is a self loathing homosexual who is trying to "cover up".

    How exactly is it unethical or immoral for a citizen to exercise his First Amendment rights? Man, the ever-so-tolerant left is anything BUT tolerant.
