Whats better for your health? Milk or Water?

I know its kind of a vague question, but I'm 15, not working out excessively or anything like that, I plan to do that later on. I just want to be as healthy as I can I guess. I drink a lot of fluids while at home, it helps to not eat as much I've heard. What's better to drink?

    I think water is always best. It will make you feel full if you drink enough.

    as for milk, i dont think humans are even meant to drink it.

    Also, drinking too much milk can actually deplete calcium from your bones. not good...

    Water is better for your health. Rumour has it that humans are naturally allergic to cows milk. Some people just have a higher tolerance to it. People who are lactose intolerant are the ones that are more obviously allergic to milk.

    waters is the best thing to drink but it is good to drink milk to keep your bones strong. also try sports drinks like propel just for the added vitamins

    Water because apparently milk has cow piss or horse piss in it..
