What to do to dark circles under eyes and the dryness of it?

I've got a friend who wants to ask a question.

Hi I'm Bells, I have dark circles around my eyes and they are very dry.

I apply Vaseline and the like to them but they just don't seem to go away, they come back. It's like they soak the Vaseline. Another thing is that when I apply the Vaseline to it, it stings like bad and I have to apply something cold to the area.

Another thing is that I have lines under my eyes where it is dark and dry (when I mean dry, I mean literally white bits of dry skin on the dark part). These lines are becoming worse each year.

Yes I have sinuses problems and it really affects this whole thing.

So what do you think I should do?

I'm looking for something herbal or organic as someone mentioned to me cucumber or a cold spoon and the like.

I thank you in advance and promise the first and best 10 immediate points!!

Update:

Where can "Chamomile" be found?

I have the sameee problem! Its not as bad but similar. Your glasses case a shadow on your eyes making the dark circles darker. Use concealor under your eyes and it'll lighten it up a bit and make you look sooo much better! Good luckk! (:

Dark circles could be hereditary. Find a good product to use under your eyes, department store or health food store. Vaseline may help remove makeup but it isn't great for under eye. I remember putting a chamomile tea bag (cooled) under my eyes. Chamomile is a great natural, soothing product.

1.Reason of dark circle in eye area is lake of hemoglobin. Generally females are suffering from iron deficiency. In normal women quantity of hemoglobin is 12-14 gm but I am sure that if you are suffering from dark circle in eye region your hemoglobin count is 8-9 only.

2.So it is better to take one-two month’s course of iron tablets (tab raricap HT or tab livogen) and folic acid (tab folvite) with consult of your doctor. To fill up your iron and folic acid deficiency.

3.If you have patience and not want to use allopathic iron and folic acid supplement then I have some alternative iron food supplement for you. Use 50 gm gur (jaggery) in your daily food and 50 gram baked ground nuts daily at least 2 months.

4.Gur or jaggery contains 10 times more iron ............................

Be careful with Chamomile. If you have allergies, it could make things worse.
