Entering a bar is one thing and can usually go in with a parent or husband in your case. However, that does not necessarily give the right to drink if under the legal age. So drink soft drinks or lemonaide or get a virgin cocktail (quite nice). Or just tomato juiice or orange juice. Drink in your own home if you drink at all. Better not to drink.

But do not put your spouse in position of breaking the law.

It is illegal to buy you alcohol; he is providing liquor to a minor. And you are not legally permitted to drink.
