Who wants the Incredible Hulk to come back to TV?

If The Incredible Hulk comes back to TV, Who would be the best one to play the part?

    Here's a thought.....why not make the Hulk black? I mean, there really is nothing that tethers him to being white all the time (we did it with Green lantern). This would them allow you to get one of those black body builders that have muscles a plenty.

    Or, we can STILL get Lou Ferrigno
