Is it risky to wait for a sale at Target?
I went to Target today and fell in love with a dress, the only problem - its $50. I'm a college student so thats a lot of money to me. So while yes it looked great on me and I could wear it to work and school I put it back as I also have rent due in 2 days. Now I'm wondering if I made the right choice. I don't shop at Target often and I don't know there storeroom policies. How much, if any, clothing inventory is not on the racks? Does everything go on sale if you wait long enough? Is it worth it to hold out or am I taking a big gamble it wont be there? I REALLY want this dress so anyone who has a lot of experience shopping or working at Target, I would really appreciate your advice.

Most often it will come on sale - unless it's popular then it might be sold out before everything goes on sale. But if that's the case, you can just go to another store and they'll probably have one. It also depends on your size - if you're a common size, it can be risky because those sizes sell first.

YOU MADE THE RIGHT DECISION!
even if it doesn't seem like you did now, it will later.
Cause rent is WAY MORE important than i dress you could probably on Ebay or on their website.
And yes. Not everything. But it's mostly the things that are not selling good. they put it on sale so that people would be like "OMG a shirt that cost $60 is now $19.99!? IM GETTING IT!!"
But that's only for the things they really want to get rid of because they're not selling well.

Yes, you have made the right choice!! I found a lovely Zac Posen dress on clearance, two weeks after it came out, for guess what? $9.99!!! I was so happy. Also, you can always go on ebay or target.com to find it. Some times target has different prices on stuff!!

yeah it's a little risky :/ I say wait a little bit to see if it goes on sale. but yeah you can try to ask them if they can keep it for you but I'm not sure how long they can keep it for.
