Frustrated with church?Christians only please?

I recently switched from a smallish 300 person congregation to a local mega-church and my wife and I who where highly involved have found ourselves very involved in our way. Never over-comitted, some small churches wear people out trying to do to much in mediocre fashion than a little well.

Just my opinion.

well, you both kinda stopped going....so do you expect them to chase ya'll down? all that aside, why not find a Bible adhering Church that follows Jesus' teachings instead? according to Scriptures we are to Remember the 7TH Day not the first day of the week....converse with Jesus and be still enough to listen :-) according to His Holy Living Word, This IS important and does indeed Matter, for the Sabbath shall be observed in Heaven and forever, according to Scripture:-)

the almost forgotten day

Rev. 14:6-12 a three fold message that goes out to the whole world just before Jesus returns. One of the key issues in this message is Worship. It draws a dark contrast between those that worship Him that made-the Creator- and those who worship the beast...Genesis 1:31 no pain/suffering, no disease and no death:-) Creation was perfect! on the seventh day, God did something more (Genesis 2:1-3) He rested, He blessed the seventh day and He sanctified it or set it apart for Holy use. Not because He was "tired" Isaiah 40:28 He showed as example. This day was given to us hundreds of years before there were Jewish peoples and is intended so we could rest from the day to day affairs of life and simply spend time with Him.

the Sabbath is important because it keeps us focused on the fact that God is the Creator. 1Chronicles 16:26/Psalm 96:5 & Jeremiah 10:11,12 points out what sets God apart from false gods is His creative ability. false gods cannot create something out of nothing. niether can satan, this is why he hates the 4th Commandment, points out he is not a real god he would love to sit at the Throne, Isaiah 14:12-14, hence why he has worked through "man" to change worship to sun day.

Your getting like that because your watching too much porn and your masturbating everyday. Stop it! That's why your sexually hyped like that. Next time you feel you need to "do",take a cold shower and learn self-control by meditating. Tell your body to relax, and it will calm down. Tame your body, stop letting it get it's way otherwise, it's going to act like a spoiled child. Chaste your body as well as your mind. Your messing yourself up very badly. By the time you do experience real sex your not going to like now because you've exposed your brain and body to get use to the porn and masturbation Your just 17 years old. Stop it, before you won't have a good sexual relations because porn and masturbation's your good sexual relationship. It's not worth your life, or your marriage of you do end up married. Don't you know that your body releases sex hormones called oxytocin and dophamine? Those are the chemicals that helps you to bond because the estrogen allows those chemicals to be release Your binding yourself to the porn and you will not be able to break from it it you don't stop. Say if you was to finally have the real sex. You know what's going to happen? You will be dumped because you can't physically and emotionally bond to your partner. And if you wait until marriage for the sex: possibility of you having a good marriage is slim to none, and may end in divorce. It will destroy you internally and destroy your perception of love. And you will how to just gratify your body instead of sharing love with someone else. EDIT: Save yourself for your husband. And find other things to do that will take your mind of of sex. I know it's hard, and I'm not trying to be hard on you, but your a young lady and you need to do better then this. Now are you strong or are you weak?

There is no excuse for not worshiping god. He created your whole existence, and you can't even find time for him on Sunday? God is the most important thing, ever. He's five billion times more important than your kids, husband, and stress you face. Praise the bible! Praise his name!

Apparently you haven't figured out that church is a business. A very large, very lucrative, tax-free business.

Im going to a huge church so nobody ever questions us...maybe you need a bigger one...Mine is 3000 members. I dont mind small churches but I hear you. We dont police ppl where I go at all...i like it..

Try studying with Jehovah's Witnesses, you'll like the warm atmosphere and friendly brothers and sisters and the feeling of belonging to a world wide brotherhood where you are welcome no matter where you go.
