Should I eat half of what I normally eat?

I am overweight, well bmi tells me that i am obese, but i don't look THAT fat...geese lol. I normally eat the same everyday. A bowl of whole grain cereal in the morning (i will not give up milk!) for lunch, i eat a sandwich (whole wheat bread, little bit of low-fat turkey, and real cheese, none of that processed stuff) I eat activia in the afternoon, and a plate of whatever my mom makes for dinner. Am i eating too much? I also walk my dog at least a mile a day, normally two, and im almost 16, just a couple more days :)

    NO NO NO NO NO NO ! find a diet that suits you and that you can live with, exercise daily and maybe join weightwatchers if you just cut out all the junk that everyone eats you will be skinny in no time! i really hope i helped and you can do it. dont cheat and stay with the program! (:

    As long as you don't overeat to the point of feeling stuffed, you'll be fine. Your diet seems pretty good, but it may be a good idea to change it up a little bit, but don't "cut it in half" unless you are over eating.

    no you can eat a bit less but try to change your diet

    in to un greasy sugary foods
