If I were to take a University course in Journalism, Where would this get me?
Hi, I would like to become an Editor of one of the well known newspapers. If I were to take a course in Journalism, would this get me into the industry above someone without a degree, and would I have to be one of the "hounds" that has to find a story etc, in order to become Editor?
Even if I were to make it in the industry, maybe i should do a "Piers Morgan" and do these useless talent shows?

You would be unemployed. Journalism is dying. Newspapers are closing right and left.
