Problems in the downstairs department?
Two problems. One of which is a spreading of a darker colour outwards and upwards from my penis. My best guess is a yeast infection. And I hope its not hyper pigmentation. What should I do? I am booking an appointment for the GUM (sexual health) clinic next month or so. Should I get them to check it out whilst I am there for another problem?

Does it itch at all? It could be a fungal infection. In the US, it's commonly called "jock itch". tends to make the skin change color and can be itchy. You could try an anti-fungal spray or powder, available at your pharmacy/chemist.

how old are you?? as you get older the penis goes darker, its called old man willy syndrome bahahahhaha
