light brown spots on my skin?

i have very light brown dots on the, pit of my elbow i guess you could say, if that makes any since. and if you look really close it looks kind of dry and theres just a lot of little dots i was curious of what they were.

by the way its on both arms

Update:

i don't think it would be freckles because its bigger than a freckle and they are dry looking.

Update 2:

im only 16 and its in the part of your elbow the part thats covered if your arm is bent.

    sun spots or age spots. you should consider laser therapy if you want to get rid of them

    freckles probably and your arms are dry. moisturize them, especially the elbows.
