Interesting question.
Well the only thing that I can think of intellectually is that having CF (which I do so I know) can be difficult when you get really sick, and you may not be able to attend classes. Other than that, there would be no actual intellectual differences between someone with CF and a normal person.
Currently I am in college. I have a 3.8 GPA. Luckily I have no had to miss much school in the past two years, but in my senior year of high school I had to be home schooled because I was very ill, and the following year I received 3 college credits in two semesters because I was in the hospital during each semester of my freshman year. So if anything it is just frustrating, not that we don't have the "ability". I'm just finishing up my Associates Degree in December, and I am transferring to a bigger university for the spring.
I know that you probably wanted documented information, but I hope that this helps you!
