every day indian -tamil fisherman attacked by Ceylon navy, even the pakistan navy not attacked -why?

crossing the border in the sea is a usual thing, the pakistan navy or the the indian navy not attacked the intruder- but the Ceylon navy attacked and even killed the indian- tamil fisherman for long time-why this happen

    easy..

    ceylon is nearer to tamil...and far 1000s miles away from pak..

    and their work is to protect their area from any intruder....

    they must have warned the died fisherman to go back....but there could be some misunderstanding because of which he died.

    Panic reaction,By rule fishermen can be arrested in foreign water ,tried & be handed over to country concerned.Admiral V K Singh
