my tank is 100l. I have platys and a plecostomous. Can I put paradise fish (2) or will they be aggressive?

No.
Paradise Gouramis are sub-tropical and semi-aggressive fish best kept in species tanks. They can be exceptionally territorial and could kill a curious Platy. In turn a Platy could nip a male Paradise Gourami's long fins.

No, do not add the paradise fish. Add a betta instead which are also equally as pretty. The paradise fish can be aggressive towards a platy and will provoke a danger to them.
