Someone at the gym did five sets of squats using free weights.?

The first set he did 100 reps.

Second, third, fourth and fifth set he did 70 reps.

He used 135lbs

How much weight do you guys think he could squat?

Guy was freaking huge.

It would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 581lbs (weight X (reps X 0.33+1)). The number may be different since he seems to to be going high reps insted of max weight.

From my experience in weights. I would say this guy could easily do 300+lbs 10 times for one set and be done. or he could do one rep of about 360. Maybe even 2 or 3. But not much more
