Tips for building muscle in arms?

I work out regulary but I'm doing a arm wrestling competition tomorrow(weird for a female I know)but the money to enter it is all going to stop abortion...so it was a good cause.

ANYWAYS.

-Do you have any tips for the arm wrestling its self?

-Ways to build strength in arms?

Yes. It goes to help teach women that abortion isnt the answer.

    Well, there's not much you can do if you need to bulk up by tomorrow. Building muscle takes weeks, months, and sometimes even years. There are two major muscles in your arms that you should work out.

    You should work out your triceps(back of arms) twice a week since it takes up about 2/3 of your upper arm.

    Then you should work out your biceps(front part of upper are, takes up about 1/3)

    For triceps do dips, bench presses, push ups, etc.

    Biceps do chin ups(NOT PULL UPS b/c pull ups work your back a little more than your biceps), bicep curls.

    But since your competition is tomorrow the best your can do is just rest and maybe eat a couple of protein bars.

    Oh and when arm wrestling get pretty close to where both of your hands meet, instead of leaning back away from your hand.
