It's Halloween Again?
So im going to a Halloween party and I want to dress up as a raver (rave party). I made my dreads and they are black with blue and neon yellow. And I was wanting to get cheap neon raver clothes to go with them. Any ideas on what I should wear and where to buy these said clothes? tks
it will be cold here on Halloween so I need to dress accordingly.

louminous coloured tops are easy to find anywhere, especially in cheaper shops. Get an old pair of pale blue demin jeans and cut slits in them, buy glow in the dark fabric paint (from an arts and crafts store) and just throw splashes on your jeans and glow stick bracelets around your wrists!! have fun!!
