How should I manage this costume?
I have a super cute pink, short and pouffy dress I want to use on halloween. I was thinking of being taylor swift and wear a cowboy hat, but I don't have any boots, and I cannot afford to buy some.
Any ideas on what I could the dress for costume wise, or what I could for shoes with a taylor swift costume?

Some really cute flats or wedge sandals would work. Probably some form of a headband (like the one in 'Mine') would really pull the look together as well as a lot of bracelets. Attention to detail is what will guarantee people will recognize that you're dressing as Taylor. Otherwise, it might not really look like a costume at all. Probably one of the most important parts is the makeup. Look at pictures of Taylor and try to emulate the best you can her signature makeup style.

Well for the Taylor Swift thing, if you have any flats that match that could work. For other ideas for that dress...umm..well that depends on what else you have. You could be an angel in pink...ahh..you could be a little girl if you have like bobby socks or some knee highs that match and some mary janes or flats, put your hair in pigtails or a big bow and carry around a large lollipop or teddy bear or something? I would have to see the dress and know what else you have to be a better help, sorry >.<
