There is a sick dog in the area?
There is a stray dog I feed on the road. Today when I went to feed it, it's face was swollen (including it's muzzle) and there was a little blood coming from the nose. She ate all the food -- drank water -seems fine otherwise.
what is wrong with her.

You're right, it's sick. It's impossible to say what's wrong with a stray dog - it could be absolutely anything. Call your local Humane Society and get her picked up - and keep her away from any dogs you might have. But be careful, particularly if you live in a country with rabies (not saying this is rabies, but as you don't know the dog, it's far better to leave it to the authorities to help her).

Unfortunately there is no way for you to tell what is wrong with her. It could be an allergic reaction to something she ate or even something she brushed up against, or it could be that she got in a fight with another animal.
If you do not want to keep her yourself (which means taking her to the vet) then you should call the Humane Society, the SPCA, a rescue group in your area, or even animal control. They will catch the dog and treat the dog if it is feasible.

You have a good heart, but you really should get animal control or the humane society involved.
She could have been bumped by a car...or suffered some trauma and she needs medical attention. Be careful touching or handling her. A dog in pain can bite when normally they might not....
Thanks for caring for her ...but.. .I think you need to call someone to come out and pick up her up.

Look up the number for your local Dog Warden in the phone book. If there isn't one then ring the RSPCA.
