    Anything and everything.

It's a tactic of convenience rather than REALITY.

There are plenty of evil things that can be done by an atheist or a Christian.

But it's the evil done in the name of Christianity, thereby being declared as a good deed.

That's the really bad ****, and is very hard to think how it can be done for atheism.

What do Atheists blame Christianity for, that was done by Atheists as well?

Maybe it'd be easier if the question read "What do Atheists blame Christianity for, that HAS NOT BEEN done by Atheists as well?

in which case the answer would be

"Nothing that they used god to justify, or the devil to shift blame!"

Atheists never burnt people at the stake in the name of Atheism, or tortured them to death for saying the world was round. Atheist killers like Stalin killed for their own power base.

Regarding the video, it is a bit silly to compare the slow killings and torture by Christians with Kingsley, one man, saying he didn't like the Irish or Aborigines

'Dangers of Evolution', what a joke.

Please provide evidence for evil done by atheists in the name of atheism. You dont see people shooting up schoolyards screaming 'ATHEISM!', or claiming responsibility for a bombing an orphanage because they dont believe in god. Before you say 'But Hitler was an atheist! SO WAS MUSSOLINI! AND STALIN!', I will point you back to your history books.

If Hitler was such a devout atheist, why is it in the first page of Mein Kampf he claims destroying the jews was Gods will? Or why does he openly discuss his upbringing as a roman catholic and the christian heritage of aryans? Hitler's SS and Wehrmacht were the first German armies to have 'Gott mit uns' inscribed on their belt (God is on our side/God is with us).

Soviet Russia was raised to be devout bolshevik zealots, drilled into obedience by fiercely religious governments that came before Stalin. Stalin would have been a fool NOT to take advantage of such an unquestionable population - not to mention his vast destruction was caused by his warped view of communism. I dont remember Stalin treating his people badly purely for the reason he didnt believe in the Abrahamic God or the son Yahweh (Jesus).

And Mussolini was raised a Roman Catholic.

    1. Teaching that suffering in itself is a good

    2. Blocking the treatment of easily remediable and needless suffering

    3. 10% of my salary? Why do you need it?

    4. Telling people how or what to think

    5. Using faith as a reason to wage war (If you say this is BS then your fooling yourselves Iraq happened because of fanatic evangelists wanting to counter the "Islamic threat")

I blame humanity. However it does get a little annoying when people do bad things while waving the religious flag.

  • I wasnt aware the atheists kill abortion doctors, lynched "witches", and were responsible for the crusades, Inquisition, and nearly wiping out a whole race of Indians in the colonial area.

  • I love it how Athiests are a big organised group and such. The Athiest Elders are very ashamed of things that their group has done in the past, and are altering the Athiest Scriptures accordingly.

I'd be more willingly to believe the validity of information presented in this video if it wasn't provided by Kent Hovind.
