I can't get my water to stop dripping from my roof?

My air conditioner is broken and is leaking. The T that turns off the water isn't working and this is ruining my floor. I can't get a plummer until tomorrow but can I do anything tonight to save my hardwood floor?

Update:

Sorry it is a swamp cooler. The T turns off the water going to it

You could turn off the water main OR the power to the a/c unit to stop it from running. Placing a bucket to catch the water would be advisable also.

what tee.?? theres no water that needs to be turned off on a air con.. they only make condensate water from the cooling process .. do you mean the tee / saddle valve that supplys the humisifier with water if this is the case and the saddle tee is broken you'll have to shut off the water main where it enters the house

If you're speaking about a water-to-air heat pump system, and cannot stop the water flow, all you can do is shut off the water main to your household, until you have the offending valve repaired/replaced.
