Stuck Microwave door - need model number (Sharp Carousel - see pics)?

Question

The door on my microwave seems to be stuck shut (the Door Open button does not release the door).  I do not have the original user's manual, so I first need to determine the model number of the microwave in order to get more information on it and possibly order new parts.  It is mounted over the oven, so I would prefer not to have to take it down.

I have taken pictures of the microwave on my phone (excuse the blurriness), so hopefully someone can help me determine the correct model number so I can proceed with getting it working properly.

Many MWOs have a rating plate with the model number  ---  guess where?   
Inside the door, which you can't open because it's stuck.

Once you do find out what it is, be certain to write it down 
and keep it where you will be able to find it easily, 
or even make a label to stick somewhere on the unit.

Dreamscape- 009 Sound System It was a tolerable song the first few trillion times. @Additional Details It isn't that awful, just the singing. People need to stop saying it's the worst song of all time, because it's not (Crunkcore is 10 times worse).
