smoke alarms with back up going off every few hours?

In my house, I have 5 USI ELECTRIC Photoelectric Smoke & Fire Alarms. Part # USI-3204-2P

AC powered, with back up 9 volt batteries. They have work fine for almost a year... However, recently they started to go off about 2-3 times a day for no apparent reason... I replaced the batteries, but the problem remains... Any advise to diagnose the problem is welcome... Thanks, Luis

Make sure your new/replaced 9V batteries are "good" first.

Go to your electrical service panel (breaker box), turn OFF the breaker that your smokes (power) are connected. Allow at least 10 minutes.

Turn that breaker back ON (this will reset your smoke alarms and how they 'talk to each other').

    Should be fine
