Kimono don't come in sizes. If those are the measurements, that's all you're going to get. Do you know your own height? If it's within 10cm/4 inches of the kimono height in either direction the kimono will be long enough for you (though if it's 10cm shorter than you are, you might have some problems making a proper ohashori). If you know your pants size, you can look up a few sizing charts and get some reasonably accurate hip measurements. But really, to size a kimono properly...you need a tape measure. Or at least something like string and a flat ruler (measure yourself with the string, then measure the string with your ruler).
Just for future reference, the most important measurements for a kimono are the length and the size around the hips. For the hips, you need to be able to close the kimono so that the front edges are about even with the side seam on the opposite side, thought you can fudge that by about two inches without too much of a problem. So when you measure your hips, pretend the tape measure is a wrap-around skirt so you can get the right measurement and see what will fit around your hips.
