Am I lacking a nutrient if my skin is darker on my eyelids?

I think a lot of people have darker skin on their eyelids. We get more sun on them than under our eyes. Also, think eyeshadow. The skin on our eyelids gets darker during arousal.

Just some ideas. If you feel that you are under the weather or lacking nutrients you could try a multivitamin or go to a doctor to have a blood assessment.

    Good luck

am not sure about lacking nutrients but it could just be that you are not hydrated enough and since our eyelids have such a thin skin consistency compared to the rest of our face I would highly recommend a moisurizer with suncreen in it, and wear shades when exposed to sunlight . It really is hamful to your skin.

That is a very good question and I will be checking out your answers to see what people say to this question. you may want to check out www.ask.com as well.

Not necessarily; sometimes we have more pigmented areas on us due to genetics or hormones.
