1. Log into the router.
2. Pull up the DMZ page.
3. Fill in the ip address of the PS3.
4. Click apply or save.
5. Done.

You need to access the router's configuration page. Get the manual to your router (you can usually find these online if you have lost it), somewhere in there is an admin login name and password. Take a note of it.
On your PC, open a command prompt. Type in:
ipconfig
A lot of numbers will appear, look for the one for your wireless adaptor (i'm assuming you are using wireless)
In there will be a Default Gateway ip address.
Open a web browser and type in that exact IP address into the URL box.
A prompt for a username and password will appear, type in what you have noted down earlier.
Now you will be able to configure the router.
Look for DHCP and/or client list, find your PS3's IP address from this list.
Find the DMZ setting in the router's configuration and type in the PS3's IP in there.
Save your settings, restart the router.
Done.
