I have rats who I often make toys for.

    1. Pinata. Get a tissue and out some treats in it. Then tie up the treat bit so you can then hang it in their cage.

    2. Bandanna hammock. Easy to attach with paper clips or safety pins when you have a cage with bars.

    3. Treat roll. Just put some treats into a toilet paper roll and stuff it with some tissues. Make sure there is an air hole so the smell gets out.

    4. Dig box. Put some dirt into a small box. Make sure it doesn't have manure or anything like that in it. Bury some treats in. They'll dig for it.

    5. Also, if you're at the pet store, try to find a bird toy with different colors and textures. Mine love them!

    Have fun :D

I love to give my mice toilet paper rolls because they love to run inside them and chew on them and hide in them.

Paper towel rolls work great too. Instead of buying the plastic tubs that can cost an arm and a leg. I just give them these and they have tones of fun. The little mice have the most fun though.

I also give them bread with peanut butter, they love it because they rip the bread off and try to get to the peanut butter.

oh they love it when you put an empty peanut butter jar in there tank with no lid of course and they will eat the peanut butter that is left in it and make there home in it. I just feel bad when I have to take it away after 2 days. there is about 5 to 6 mice in it. I use mostly food as there toys and the paper towel rolls or toilet paper rolls and add food to them or leave them empty they love it any way. Hope I helped :D
