what can i do manually to help my black toner after cleaning heads so print out won't fail?

Update:

I replaced a color toner while the black toner was still 50% full. When I went to print out something the black ink didn't show up. I cleaned the heads with the program. Turned off the printer and on again. I even tried taking both toners out and putting them n. BUt still the black toner isn't showing up when printing things. I use dell series 20 on a P703w all in one inkjet printer.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking since there is no detail to your question.

You clean the print heads and make sure they are completely dry before putting them back into the printer.

You make sure that the toner cartridge's contacts are clean and you put that back into the printer too.

Then you turn it on and run some test pages to make sure everything is okay.

    Does that help?
