Can I keep uncooked chicken in the refrigerator overnight, I already breaded it?
I've already breaded chicken (eggs, then dry breadcrumb mixture) but now something came up and I don't want to cook it for dinner tonight. Is it okay to refrigerate it until tomorrow night, or should I still cook it tonight?
I just defrosted it today, it was previously frozen.

If this is the first day of refrigeration, yes it will be fine for cooking tomorrow nite. You can't let raw chicken stay in the frig for more than 2 days though.

Sure! Most breading/fry recipes benefit from refrigeration after breading. I would suggest covering tightly with plastic wrap to prevent drying / flavor transfer from / to other foods, but I see no reason why this would be a problem.

The breading will be soggy tomorrow. It's probably pretty soggy now. You might need to re-bread it if you cook it tomorrow.
As far as not being edible because it's chicken, it will be fine.

It should be just fine for tomorrow. Just don't leave it in the fridge too long, or it will go bad.
