I am attending a wedding at the end of October and not sure what to wear. The ceremony is at 10AM and reception immediate to follow. How formal or casual should I dress for a wedding at this time?

My friend doesn't have a perticular ice cream store in her area, and I want to send her a cake for a special occasion coming up. What is the best way to do this? I have no experience with dry ice...I don't even know where to get it, or how to handle it. Can I shipme something like this through the post office? Or another overnight service? Any advice woulde be helpful.

I have a fully fenced in garden but something is eating the tops of all the plants, and ends of each branch. I can't figure out what it could be. We don't have deer in our yard, in the years of living here i have never seen one. I don't know what else could be tall enough to be eating the tops. Even if it was an animal that could climb, how would they get out to the end of each branch? We have had a garden for the past few years and I have never had this problem. Everything is dying. The tomato plants are half the size that they were a week ago. Help!!

he pushes me around, has kicked me, slaps me, and most recently shoved my face into hot pizza. It didn't really hurt, but he has called me "pizza face" since like it is a joke to him. He blames me as always, i acted "out of control" becuase i yelled at him when i didn't like what he was saying. Yet i never leave. I have no where to go.

My best friend recently got engaged but is not planning on having a wedding . She is having a private ceremony with only her parents present. Her mom is planning a party for her to celebrate, on a different day, but she refuses to call it a wedding. She doesn't like to be in the spotlight and doesn't want all the stress of planning a wedding. Me and another friend of hers is going to go dress shopping together for her, and then have a nice dinner to celebrate. I want to get her a nice gift, since I haven't gotten her an engagement gift yet, and there will not be any showers, bachelorette parties or receptions. Any ideas? She isn't registered for anything. I want a nice gift for the couple, as well as a fun gift basket or something just for her.

I am going to a relatives bridal shower in a couple of weeks and do not want to purchase anything from their registry. They are a young couple (in their 20's) and have pretty much only registered for their honeymoon. I find that to be very tacky and basically asking me for cash to go on a trip that can't afford on their own. They also registered at a store but only for about 20, mostly expensive, items. There is only about 3 items left unpurchased on their registry and are all more than I wish to spend. Any suggestions on what to give?

I have thin sliced chicken breasts and want to stuff and wrap them, but I have no idea what to stuff them with! I was thinking something simple and involving cheese of some sort, because who doesn't love cheese. I am making stuffed artichokes to go with it. Any ideas?

My nephew is about to turn 2, and I don't know what to get him! He has an older sister, so toys have been passed down to him, plus between my family and my sister in law's family, he has a TON of aunts/uncles, etc that will be buying gifts for him. With Christmas around the corner, I know he'll be getting even more toys. What is a great idea for a 2 year old, that he won't likely be getting for someone else?

I moved into my boyfriends house about a year ago and am sick of his lousy decorating. I haven't wanted to spend time/money changing anything because we keep talking about moving, but I can't take it anymore. His idea of decorating is sports posters in the living room. I have never had my own house to decorate and don't know where to start! Any good websites with pictures to inspire me? I need websites showing REAL ideas, not picture perfect pottery barn homes! I'm looking for ideas for window treatments (because we have big wrough iron radiators under the windows, it's an old house from the 1800's) and wall decor, paint colors, etc.

I've already breaded chicken (eggs, then dry breadcrumb mixture) but now something came up and I don't want to cook it for dinner tonight. Is it okay to refrigerate it until tomorrow night, or should I still cook it tonight?

I am making a recipe that calls for 1 can of stewed tomatoes. I have so many tomatoes from my garden, that I would like to make my own stewed tomatoes. How do i do that? How many tomatoes should I use to create the equivalent of 1 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes?

I have a vacant house, that I just finished completely renovating. This past weekend someone broke a brand new window to break in, had a party and trashed the place. I had an assumption of who it was, the previously owners delinquent kid, and did some of my own research. I found his facebook page, which was private. Through his friends pages I was about to find a link to an event posting...advertisting the party. It shows this little scum as the "creator" of the posting. He provides his phone number, and the address of my house. I've gone to the police with this information but am told this isnt enough to arrest him! Can't prove he was the one that posted it....or if someone else hacked into is account. The police said they will bring him in for questioning, to see if he'll confess...yeah like that is going to happen. What are the chances he even goes to the police station for questioning? What else can I do? What rights do I have?

I bought 2 racks of baby back ribs, and made just 1 of the racks. They were not good, very tough and seemed more like spear ribs that baby back. I really don't care but my boyfriend is insisting I return the other rack. What do you think? Have you ever returned 1/2 eatten meat to a supermarket??
