What is the name of this old science fiction movie?

I'm trying to figure out this movie I remember from when I was younger that I saw on TV. It was a movie where they were on a big spaceship and these people were in cryogenic sleep chambers and they had to carry out a mission of sorts, but somehow there was a disease that took over and many of them went crazy and tried to kill each other. I distinctly remember, the FINAL SCENE was the only 2 survivors looking out the window of the space shuttle and heading into the sun to die. I think this movie is early 2000s but I'm not sure. What the heck is it, I cant find it anywhere!?
