What is better to be able to work as an aerospace engineer?
Now I heard that big corporations such as NASA and Lockheed Martin would rather hire a person with a bachelors degree rather than a Masters since its cheaper for them to train the bachelor than the person with their Masters. So my question is what if I am in alot of projects and clubs at my school (Embry Riddle) that give me experience on the type of work that could be used at those bigger companies would I have just as much of a chance to get hired and get good pay?

Some employers are against post-grad degree holders since they will probably expect a higher salary. Also they would rather have someone right out of undergrad whom they could pay a little less and spend two years training them to exactly what they want in their own business rather than someone who has spent two years still in school with not as much working environment experience. As always this is not always clear cut as I do know people who have been hired with a master's degree so being involved in project and clubs will help your cause and make you seem more attractive to hire. Also watch what area you study at the post grad level because it makes you much more specialized (and limited) to one area and limits your job market. In spite of all of this I always believe in doing what you truly want to do and what makes you happy.
