Any experienced web designers/Programmers out there I need help?
If I were to make a website that could be fictional with using as much memory as Google but with the functionality of say Yahoo Answer, what Programming languages would be best to create it? I hear HTML, then some say XHTML, some say CSS.
I want it to be easy to maintain (and to learn since I have to learn these languages first) and have the ability to be updated easily when I come up with new ideas.
4 AnswersProgramming & Design9 years agoHow likely will it be for me to reach my dream of becoming a Air Force fighter pilot?
I am currently a sophomore at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a GPA of 3.75. I also am able to meet all the maximum requirements for the physical fitness test. I can run a mile in 9 min, do 65 push ups in a minute, and do 22 pull ups, and 27 chin ups. I have perfect vision, I don't have any allergies, and I have not been any kind of sick for the past 8 years.

3 AnswersBMW1 decade agoWhat is better to be able to work as an aerospace engineer?
Now I heard that big corporations such as NASA and Lockheed Martin would rather hire a person with a bachelors degree rather than a Masters since its cheaper for them to train the bachelor than the person with their Masters. So my question is what if I am in alot of projects and clubs at my school (Embry Riddle) that give me experience on the type of work that could be used at those bigger companies would I have just as much of a chance to get hired and get good pay?
1 AnswerEngineering1 decade agoWhat do industries want more from a college graduate?
Well I am currently a freshman in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and am planning on getting my Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering and am wondering what do large industries such as Nasa, Lockheed Martin prefer to see within ones resume. A 3.8 - 4.0 GPA in regular courses, a 3.75-3.9 in the Honors Program, or just alot of experience projects and a so so GPA(like 3.5)?

Well I want to become one day a Air Force fighter jet pilot, but know that you must comment for 11 years if under scholarship. So I wanna know how often do they get to see their families because I will more than likely be married by the age of 25 and dont want to be away too long, so would like a estimate of how long they area way.

2 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoAir Force in college scholarship?
Ok im currently a freshman at Embry Riddle studying Aerospace Engineering and found out that the Air Force doesnt provide scholarships for in college students with that major anymore. So Im wondering why and when if ever will they change it back to were they will be providing scholarships for in college students for that major.
I have a 4.0 currently and am very fit since I train originally in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting so the PT isnt really too much of a concern really.
In the future I do hope to become a pilot for a Fighter Jet, which is why I ask.
Please give as much advise as you can, thanks
