how long before I know if Im going to get prosecuted?
I stole from my work and my options were to either quit or get fired then prosecuted...So duh I quit this was like a month or so ago how long before I know if they are going to prosecute?

If you were not arrested and no detectives have been to see you, and they gave you the option to QUIT or get fired and prosecuted and you quit, then there will be no criminal prosecution

If you weren't arrested when you left then there more than likely not going to prosecute.

Ask whoever fired you. There is no way that I can guess when you will be locked up.
