What is going on with my taillights?
Got a 77 IH Scout. Taillights were working fine earlier today. Now they do not work at all. When you turn the turn signal on both sides flash. Brake lights still work. What is going on here and how can I trouble shoot it.

Whenever light to strange things it is always ground problems. So check out all the grounds for the lights.

What I'd suggest is to go to a mechanic shop and find out the problem, it could either be that the light bulb on your tail light is either not functional anymore or simple have a dead light bulb and need to change it. As you know that tail light doesn't only have one light bulb I think it has four, and anyone of those can be a dead light bulb.
