Why am I getting this message for everything that requires a sign in?
My internet seems to be working fine, except for any page that requires a sign in, such as hotmail, facebook, paypal, accessing my phone bill online, etc. I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."
Everything seems to be plugged in correctly, & there aren't any security settings on my account. This started two days ago after moving my modem (unplugging & then replugging it). How can I fix this?
(luckily I was still signed in to yahoo!answers)
my modem resets by unplugging & plugging it back in. . .I've done it several times.

Do you use proxy server, firewall or anti-virus? Disable them all and see it works or not. You may install some anti-phishing software which may block any sign in page. However, try use firefox, chrome instead of IE if this doesn't work.
Hope this help.
